Inversiti reserves the right to modify or cease any service offered, as well as these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms.

Access to certain functionalities of Inversiti may require account registration. The user agrees to provide true and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, as well as for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any related disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Inversiti. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

11. Right of Admission

We reserve the right to admit, suspend, or cancel access to our services for any user at our discretion, for any legitimate reason. This includes, but is not limited to, the breach of these terms and conditions, conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the Inversiti community, or any other reason we deem relevant to protect our interests and those of our users.

Even if a user meets the investment criteria, Inversiti reserves the final right of admission for investors. Approval is based on a thorough analysis of investment history, risk management, volume, and other relevant factors. We do not guarantee automatic approval of any account, even if initial criteria are met.

Measures against Fraud and Misuse

Inversiti reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities, abuse, or any misuse of the services. This may include the suspension or termination of the account, notification to relevant authorities, and any other appropriate legal action.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute related to these terms and conditions or the use of Inversiti services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably before resorting to legal proceedings. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction and applicable law set forth in these terms.

The use of these services will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers. Inversiti is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.
